- Maintenance of the quality system at all times.
- Verifies the effectiveness of the corrective action taken on non-conformances.
- Attends to customer complaints in the absence of CEO/TM.
- Convenes and maintains the records of the management review meetings.
- Coordinates external / internal quality audits and verifies the corrective actions taken, if any.
- Establish, Implement and maintain the processes needed for quality management system.
- Reporting to CEO on the performance of the QMS and need for improvement.
- Promotion of awareness of patient requirement throughout the organization.
